100 Years of Service

The Loyal Order of Moose, Patchogue Lodge 518 starts its 100th year of service to the Patchogue-Medford community on March 6, 2010.  In these past 100 years our Lodge has been a leader in serving our community. While a 100th Anniversary may seem like an occasion to reflect on our impressive past, the Moose Family Fraternity is looking towards the future.

Of special note is that our lodge is looking to develop numerous programs to reacquaint the community with the Moose Family Fraternity and the many community service programs and projects that we support. These 100th Anniversary engagement programs are intended to reintroduce the Moose Family Fraternity to the next generation of young leaders and reconnect alumni with the organization.   We are reaching out to all of our members, both new and old, and encouraging them to come be a part of this movement forward. We will only continue to be a successful organization for the next 100 years if we have your help.

Exciting news is that membership in Lodge 518 has increased by 15% in the past year. This growth is evidence of the fact that we are doing more and more to involve members of the community in our lodge.   Current members please consider being an active part of the continued growth of Lodge 518 and join us in planning the future of our Lodge in the 100 years to come.

If you are interested in assisting the lodge with implementing any new programs please contact me at 631-767-9556 or via email at leokremerjr@hotmail.com.
